This week on Sunday we are reading more of chapter 6.
The opening line reads, The apostles gathered around Jesus, and told him all that they had done and taught. What is it the apostles had done? You need to go back two weeks and remember they had been sent out to teach and heal and they did!
Jesus next action with them is instructive for us what did he have them do? How might this apply to us?
As Jesus multiplies the food, can you remember any other time in the Bible something was created from nothing? Check Genesis 1 by doing this action what is Jesus revealing about himself?
Finally, how many people were fed that day? How many people were with Jesus at the end? Why the difference? What might that tell us about why people follow Jesus what reason do you follow him?
